This professional office building is located on the Riverwalk at the convergence of the Elkhart River and the St. Joe River in downtown Elkhart. The project involved a full development package of services provided by the affiliated companies of The Borger Group, LLC. Included were the acquisition of the property, feasibility study, assistance with government contracts as well as the design and construction of the new building.
