When the City of Elkhart wanted to develop a new central park, they needed an incentive to define its eastern boundaries. We partnered with an existing land owner to develop a new three-story office building on the condition that the City would build their planned street — resulting in a a true public/private partnership. The Borger Group contributed an array of comprehensive services from the initial feasibility studies through design and construction to property management. We like the project so much that we moved our office to this location and now own 100% of the project!
