An 8,200 SF multi-tenant restaurant building, strategically located along the Riverwalk in Downtown Elkhart. Our initial proposal was selected by the Elkhart Redevelopment Commission to execute this important project which is the only private development within the new downtown park boundaries. The Borger Group provided comprehensive services, including: land acquisition, redevelopment contracts, financial planning, design, construction and leasing.
