When local benefactors wanted to fund the construction of a new college-level classroom building to serve the Elkhart Community, they called upon us to assist with the initial planning and feasibility studies. Subsequently, through our affiliate Icon Development Group, LLC, a joint venture with another commercial contractor, we executed the design and construction of a 25,000-square-foot, $4,000,000 facility. Utilizing the Elkhart County Community Foundation, the building was built on a budget and opened on schedule.
